Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, the cost of removing and returning materials will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. In cases where the return is due to our error or defect, we will cover the removal costs. If the return is for other reasons, removal costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Perishable items such as plants cannot be returned once installed, as they begin to adapt to their new environment immediately. However, we may offer replacement or adjustment services if plants fail to thrive due to installation issues.
